How do you take your coffee? That first morning cup of coffee is a life saver, worth queuing for no less!

Over the last few years, the Brisbane coffee scene has exploded, we now have heaps of boutique coffee roasters to choose from. Campos Coffee based in Fortitude Valley and Teneriffe supply restaurants and cafes with beans and skills to get the best from their beans.

You can even do a coffee cupping experience to discover what goes on behind the scenes in coffee buying and tasting. The cupping process is standardised the world over. If you book in for the cupping experience, you’ll also discover where the beans come form and the process to get them processed ready for your coffee machine.

These documentary images are from a couple of shoots I did for Campos Coffee at their Fortitude Valley and Teneriffe sites. Cupping, roasting, packaging, shipping. You can even hire their themed meeting room for a meeting over coffee.

Yes, a picture is worth a thousand words, sadly my camera can’t capture and convey the aroma as beans are being roasted!

Enjoy your morning coffee today, is it Campos?
