Having recently celebrated it’s first birthday, Bucci on James Street has quickly developed a loyal following.

It was a pleasure to work with Shaun and Tanja. As head chef Shaun Malone leads a talented team in the open kitchen, Tanja Malone in her role as general manager keeps things running smoothly.

My approach to restaurant and food photography is to keep it real. I use available light, everything on the plate must be able to be eaten. In the kitchen, my documentary style captures the action as it happens.
