It was a pleasure to team up again with Ash Martin one of Australia’s best Regional Chefs to capture images of the dishes he and his team at Spicers Hidden Vale are creating for the new restaurant “Homage”.

Ash sets his menu inspired by the best local produce available from suppliers in the Lockyer Valley and what he can source on the vast Hidden Vale property. Ash and his team have recently established a market garden with 80 beds. Nearby is a newly planted orchard, a bee hive which helps pollinate the garden and will give 80kg of honey each year. Grass fed beef cattle graze on the property.

Ash and Andrea (General Manager, Spicers Hidden Vale) excitedly shared their vision for the farm to fork dining experience Homage guests will enjoy at the launch of Homage.  Their team are committed to supporting local famers, big and small who use humane and organic processes.

With such an intimate farm to fork experience on offer Homage, is set to become one of become Australia’s premier regional dining destinations.
