What’s on the menu at Aria Restaurant Brisbane chef? It was a pleasure working with Aria Brisbane Restaurant Head Chef Ben Russell and Aria’s marketing team recently.

Our brief? To create clean, elegant images of the dishes on the new Summer menu at Aria Restaurant Brisbane to feature on the Aria Restaurant Brisbane website and on Aria Restaurant Brisbane’s Instagram account and Facebook page.

What Ben and his team do to transform the freshest produce into dishes saying “resist me if you can” is brilliant.

Try goats curd with roast and pickled cauliflower with toasted sesame and lemon. If scallops are your thing, there’s scallops with turnip, prosciutto and XO sauce. How about the Barramundi roast fillet with golden beetroot, radish and nori butter or steamed snapper fillet with carrot, green olive and crab. Apricots transform into apricot ice cream accompanying caramelised white chocolate and honeycomb.
