History was made at Tartufo Ristorante for the event la famiglia Percuoco. Tartufo owner and chef Tony Percuoco was joined in the kitchen by his brother Armando from Sydney’s Buon Ricordo, his sisters Anna and Carmela, brother Carlo from Gold Coast’s Fellini, his nephew Mario with sons Christian and Davide.
Our brief was to capture drama and excitement of the family cooking together for a dining room of guests excited to experience family favourite dishes. Our documentary, story telling images take you behind the scenes of this unique event and share the front and back of house passion for Italian food.
